What is a Primary Spine Care Specialist?
The Primary Spine Care Specialist is a physician who is specialty trained to play a primary role in the diagnosis and management of those with spine and spine related disorders (SRD’s). This training involves intensive study in areas of radiographic and MRI interpretation, ligament (including disc) ,bone, and nerve pathology as it relates to spine as well as evidence based treatment pathways.

I received my Fellowship training through Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences State University of New York at Buffalo provided jointly with Cleveland University College of Chiropractic. It is a first of its kind post graduate program that accepts Doctors of Medicine, Osteopathy, and Chiropractic. A Chiropractor is a perfect fit in this field as we are well versed in conservative options which are most often indicated.
