Otherwise…
Please bring any recent images such as CT scans or MRI scans that are related to your complaint with you if possible. (We can order these later if necessary but it avoids delay if they are immediately available for review )
Additionally,
Please bring any other records in your posession for your current and related complaints. This may include Dr’s notes, Hospital records, Imaging reports etc.
